Paraíso das Aves

This is a small  zoo-park about 30 minutes drive south of Campinas, along the Dom Pedro I highway (just past Itatiba, km 95,5). You can walk through the park in about two hours and see many different types of birds and animals (monkeys, hippopotamuses, snakes, antelopes etc.). If you like zoos, then this definitely makes for a pleasant afternoon. I gave the kibe in the cafeteria four stars out of five, but there is also a good restaurant.
